    This annual conference, invites the industry's most respected trailblazers, to share your invaluable journey with a group of eager, aspiring young women from Camden, New Jersey. We will be gathering African American and Latina girls, ages 14-18, who are eager to learn about the creative, technical, and production sides of theater and film.

    Who: A group of young African American and Latina girls, ages 14-18 being mentored by a set designer, costume designer, stage manager , etc.

    What: A panel discussion, a 45-minute workshop, and a meet-and-greet lunch

    Where: Camden, NJ

    Why: As someone who has lived the journey, we know you understand the power of guiding and inspiring the next wave of talent in our community.

    Creating a pipeline to the design, technical, and production side of theater and film.  empowering them with knowledge and mentorship that will shape their future careers.
